STOMPer Concern claims a box of what looks like frozen food is left to thaw outside this Toa Payoh restaurant every morning, and is concerned that 'bacteria might multiply rapidly under such conditions'.
Says the STOMPer:
"I am deeply concerned about the handling of food by this restaurant located at Toa Payoh Entertainment Centre.
"Almost everyday when I walk past at 8am I see a box, which looks like frozen food, left outside the restaurant.
"On other days I recognize a box with a brand name Sadia on it, which supplies frozen pork from Brazil.
"Frozen food is supposed to be kept at very low temperature and thawed only when it is to be consumed.
"With Singapore's hot and humid weather and the constant freezing and thawing, bacteria might multiply rapidly under such conditions.
"I was concerned at the possible contamination of meat in that box.
"Going by their lunch serving hours starting from 11.30am, the box will probably be there for few hours since 8am."
