Student in uniform folds up pants legs and walks around Chinatown

STOMPer Trendsetter was in Chinatown when he spotted a student whose pants were rolled up above his ankles.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was appalled by how students are wearing their uniform nowadays.

"I was walking around Chinatown when I spotted this youth in what appeared to be his school uniform.

"Is this how students wear their uniform nowadays?

"I'm totally shocked and I wish that this school doesn't allow this to happen again."
