Chairs used to 'chope' parking spot for private use

STOMPer truker908 came across chairs placed on a public road with the intention of reserving the parking space outside this restaurant.

The STOMPer wrote:

"The picture shows a public road being claimed for private use.

"It's really inconsiderate of people to go to the extent of using chairs to take up the public parking space and prevent vehicles from parking there."

What is happening to our enforcement officers? The one in authority should charge the shop for whole day parking when they place such objects to obstruct car from parking there.
