Students allowed to ride in car driven 'recklessly', school says it's good for them
STOMPer Carine saw students riding in a car which was doing 'stunts' around the school compound. The STOMPer says the school claims this was to prepare their students for ITE education.
Said the STOMPer:
"Car 'stunts' in secondary school.
"This was taken from a secondary school in the north, with their students as the passenger.
"School claims this is to prepare their students for ITE education.
"To let the students see, feel the power of an engine. All they had was a safety helmet and the seat belt.
"Do you think this is appropriate to be done in school compound with not much safety measures and in front of highly impressionable teens?
"Will they be learning about engines or will they be learning driving recklessly is cool?"

Anyway I think this is an enrichment module for Normal Technical kids as part of their school experience. U will be surprised how many of them have never seen a car up close. Hell, not to mention adult drivers too!
