The STOMPer wrote:

"While I was having a stroll at the Botanic Gardens, I spotted these two boys uprooting trees.

"They are damaging public property."

Should fine those stupid looking foreign kids and cane them to teach them a lesson... probably should also deport them and their parents. send them back to where they came from.. revoke their PR status or cancel their employment passes...
