Another morning, another drunk: Why are so many S'poreans going overboard?
STOMPer brady says he spotted this young man sleeping on the floor at 7am at the foot of a block of flats in Woodlands.
The STOMPer wrote:
"I saw this young chap lying on the floor under a HDB block at 7am around the Woodlands Area.
"He is probably drunk.
"He could have been robbed!
"Please drink responsibly!"

The guy in the picture was admitted to NUH the next following afternoon. He was pronounced brain dead at 1342 hrs. His family was contacted and was told he was drunk. This is not a true story.
