Silly to have barricades at VivoCity monorail terminal when there's hardly any crowd
STOMPer RollingInTheDeeth questions the need for these barricades at the monorail station in VivoCity, when there was hardly any people queuing up.
Said the STOMPer:
"VivoCity monorail. You have to walk one big round although there wasn't much of a crowd.
"People at the barricades let people in and out selectively.
"I asked first and they said can let me cut through.
"But later when I asked again they told me to make one big round.
"I understand barricades are for crowds. But today not much crowd."

It may take you an extra 3-5 min to use the barricades when there is no people around but think of how helpful it will be when it is very crowded.
Basically;
1) Set up barricades = TS complain waste time & resources
2) Don't setup = TS complain why never setup for situation of high crowd.
Both way also die ?
I hope you know what you are doing here on posting such news regarding things you are clearly not aware about.
The purpose of them doing this is to prepare them for the huge crowd that will be coming in later in the day for the next few days. Do you know how many people comes into Sentosa every weekend and not forgetting the Holiday period? I bet you don't, as this is really a challenge for everyone working there. I know because I once worked there. It is really a challenge and those barricades ain't a joke. I dare you to carry all of that by your own. I bet you'll shit in your pants.
The barricades are set up to make sure people are coming in without creating problem and really bad human traffic. Do you expect for the staffs to only set up the barricades when huge number of people is coming in? Wake up your idea!
Think before you post or say anything.
