Look before you gulp: 7-Eleven machine dispenses drinks with ants

STOMPer PanjabiEAGLE said he found ants in the drinks dispensed by a machine at a 7-Eleven outlet not once, but twice.

The STOMPer wrote:

"This is the second time I have found ants in the drink machine at this 7-Eleven in Tampines.

"I advise everyone not to go there as it is very dirty and the people working there are just slacking."

I've had an experience like this before, but way more ants. It was at this 7-11 near the SGH area. Never dared to drink dispenser drink since. I even overheard one cashier whispering to the other (eh you last night never wash ah?). Hate slackers like this.

u mentioned Tampines but didnt tell us which branch.. so u think we know anot? so does that mean we cant go any of the 7-11 in tampines??

I'm not surprised. It happened to me before. The ants definitely came from the dispenser cuz my cup was clean. We will not die from consuming ants but it is definitely unhygienic. I informed the cashier n they shutdown the dispenser.
