Potential killer litter: Basins with crockery on window ledge of HDB flat

STOMPer li was appalled to see a resident place two basins, which were filled with crockery, on the window ledge of a HDB flat on the 30th storey as it poses a safety hazard if the basins fall off the ledge.

The STOMPer wrote:

“Saw two basins that were full of crockery on the window ledge of a unit on the 30th storey of a HDB flat in Telok Blangah Heights.

“The resident seemed to be washing the dishes as I heard sounds and then saw the basins being taken in and out of the kitchen.

“The resident shouldn’t place the basin on the ledge as it poses a safety hazard.

“What would happen if the basins drop off the ledge?“
