Faulty carpark barrier at Tampines mall traps drivers for half an hour

STOMPer Shanon says this long queue of cars waiting to exit the carpark at Tampines Mall was caused by a faulty carpark barrier.

He writes:

"I was on my way out after doing New Year shopping with my wife at Tampines Mall on Friday, Jan 20 at 7.40pm.

"Due to the system being faulty at the exit barrier, all the cars were jammed up for at least half an hour!"

Die one la, I tell you, there are so many chances to get trapped in Singapore, 1) no cash card machine, 2) No ATM, 3) carpark barrier jam, 4) accident, 5) flood ... lots of reasons to get trapped, it's a dreadful place I suspect sometimes

Yes , I was caught in it too . At a certain point of time things gotten out of hand as drivers start honking non stop . Barrier faulty mah , if can go think first car dun wanna go meh ???? Some losers not even there , trying to act brilliant by writing worthless things ..... Agree . Losers !!!! Thumbs down man . Everything also wanna comment negative . Stomper , it's like that lah ... Whatever u report , ppl will try to criticize however I was there too so I know situation kinda tends . But not 30mins so long , security guard was seen running everywhere too
