What Bugs Me
Women feed pet parrot 'tao suan' dessert right out of stall's spoon

STOMPer george saw women feeding a pet parrot 'tao suan', a local dessert, at Balestier Food Centre. They fed the bird directly from the stall's spoon.

Said the STOMPer:

"Two women were seen feeding a parrot a local dessert, tao suan, directly from the spoon of a stall at Balestier food centre.

"I felt disgusted by their act as the bird could be a carrier of disease which is then passed on to humans when the bowl and spoon are not washed properly and sterilised.

"Very inconsiderate of them."

Don't you trust the stall owners to clean them properly? If not, why don't you go stomp them instead?

I have to agree that the pet owner should use another sets of container for the parrot. Human is human, animal is animal. Such lack of judgement can cause trouble for other pet owners when public starts to complaint to NEA.
