3G service down for 2 days, but no explanation from SingTel
STOMPer Danny wonders about SingTel's 'service standards' after it failed to provide an explanation as to why its 3G service was affected 2 days in a row
Danny says:
"3G service is down again at 1am today (Jan 5).
"This time round it's islandwide.
"This happened two days in a row and it makes us wonder what service standards are we getting from them.
"So does that mean the CEO is stepping down for this issue?
"I hope SingTel can explain this ASAP and inform all the affected users."
