Man ushers in the new year by smoking -- in food court
STOMPer JJ saw a man smoking while having a drink at a food court.
Said the STOMPer:
"Man smokes in food court.
"I saw him drinking and smoking at a food court in Sembawang at midnight."

Its quite normal, they are playing hide and seek and NEA don't have their officers there at every minute of the day. Some people at other eating places will smoke just outside the boundary of the eating place, hope NEA can include a certain distance away from the boundary that they can smoke, as keeping away from smoking area is no use in this case.
