So cruel: Dog locked in car parked under hot sun

STOMPer Wee Hong was upset to see this small dog locked in a car parked in an unshaded spot. According to him, the dog was barking furiously for attention from within the car.

The STOMPer relates the incident:

"I was on my way out of this carpark in Bedok South at about 10:30am today (Dec 31).

"I spotted this is dog left in the car on a very sunny day. The dog was barking furiously for attention.

"The window was only slightly wound down, hardly enough to keep the black cabin cool.

"I am very disappointed to see this. There was nothing much I could do short of breaking the window.

"The owner had placed a 30 minute parking coupon at 10:25am so I guess he was planning to be away for 30 minutes or more.

"When will pet owners learn never to leave their pets in a car on a sunny day?"

ya know u people are just about the dumbest bunch of *****s this side of timbuckto leave a dog in the car im from US and it is against law here so wisen up how about we leave u in a car and lock u in no air nothing but a crack so lets see if u like it honestly if i see it i will break ur window

If people bring their dogs along with them to get something simple done, like buying food or withdrawing money, sure kena complain and stomped. Leave dog in car for awhile to do the above, also kena complain and stomped. Are you guys only happy if we coop our pets at home or if the govt bans dogs?!
