The STOMPer wrote:
“This temporary site office was set up by the contractor who's providing a lift upgrading service to some of the residential blocks in Tampines.
“However, the area around the office is poorly maintained.
“There are pools of water which could become a source of breeding grounds for mosquitoes.
“The grass has also not been cut for several days.
“Even a hump covering a protruding pipe has not been done properly.
“I hope the Tampines Town Council will do something about this soon.”
