Get a tan elsewhere! Man suntans himself in public -- in just undies

STOMPer Jen was with her three children when they spotted a half-naked man in his underwear lying in the open at Marine Terrace, apparently getting a suntan. The STOMPer was angry that her young children had to witness such a 'disgusting' sight.

The STOMPer said:

"At around 1.55pm today (Sep 29), I was walking on the overhead bridge along Marine Terrace with my three children.

"I was horrified when I saw a half-naked man in his underwear lying in the open, sun-tanning.

"I was extremely angry as my children are really young and for them to witness such a disgusting sight is just terrible."
