New scare tactic by loansharks? Hell note sent to resident in mail

STOMPer Wei Keat was shocked to find a hell note in the mail, with a message saying 'No pay smash you and your neighbour'. Is this a new scare tactic by loansharks?

The STOMPer shared:

"Loansharks are taking on a bolder front to send 'hell money' to residents in the East despite police reports having been made on a similar situation that happened in Clementi.

"The 'hell money' works by instilling fear into neighbours of the debtor.

"What will the police do with regards to this matter?"
