So risky to jaywalk like that -- why don't they use the overbridge instead?

STOMPer Steven wonders why these pedestrians would risk their lives jaywalking across the road like that when they could simply use the overhead bridge.

then they deserve it for jay walking. they are a pain in the ass for drivers especially if we knock those idiots down and we got to pay for their stupidness. i wish the law is change to protecting the drivers more frm idiots like them.
