Double standards: LTA officers park illegally under HDB to summon others

STOMPer LTA pauto kia! questions the double standards of LTA officers who park illegally at HDB void decks -- who would dare give them a summons?

The STOMPer wrote:

"If we park like this, we will get be issued a summons.
