What Bugs Me
So embarrassing for Bukit Chandu museum to display glaring spelling error

STOMPer Scrontolz saw a spelling error on a sign at the Reflections at Bukit Chandu museum. The STOMPer feels it is unacceptable for a museum to display such a glaring mistake.

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw this misspelling at the Bukit Chandu museum.

"It might not be a big deal to most people. But I think since it's a museum, misspellings are not an option."

Mispellings is one thing, but giving the wrong pronunciations eg: Malay names, like what I've seen at the zoo, that's unforgivable bcos tourists would emulate what they hear. And if what they hear is wrong, they would learn the wrong stuffs!
In other words, Zoo pls teach the multitude of pinoy employees how to pronounce Malay correctly!

That looks like a permanent exhibit panel. Has the Stomper alerted the museum staff or NHB about the typo ?

To maintain professional standards, I guess the museum would have to apply a sticker-label (showing the corrected spelling) over the typo, until a new panel can be fabricated.

Such extra expenses could easily be avoided, if NHB had shown due care in proof-reading the content properly, before approving the panel fabrication.
