Supermarket trolley found outside flat -- locked to clothes rack

STOMPer fishy115 is disgusted that someone not only took this supermarket trolley home, but also locked it to a clothes rack outside the flat.

Says the STOMPer:

"As if pushing a supermarket trolley all the way home and not returning it is not bad enough: someone actually put it outside their house and locked it to a clothes rack.

"That just shows how selfish and lazy this person is.

"This is just too much, it's the worst kind of behaviour I've ever seen.

"I really wonder what these people are thinking.

"They must be thinking 'there are so many trolleys, one less makes no difference.'"

Put a flag for those who need to bring back the trolley. Exchange the flag with IC. Upon return, exchange the flag for trolley.

Those without flag, take photo of them and post them at NTUC store.

Education won't help. These people are hopeless and that inconsiderate act will pass down from generation to generation. Parent do, kids follow.....it runs in a family....it's a hopeless situation here.

they should have 1)detectors to sound when the trolley is not within the radar of their boundary....2)CCTV to point at certain open exits where these greedy may just slip them out... 3)security to be train to response to these zone and exits to stop them 4) must have sufficient warning signages to warn them that is illegal and hand to the law, that is to safe charge for those act blur types claim they dunno and didnt say or warns...

To teach these people a lesson, you should report to police instead of just stomping. A hard lesson need to be learned for these selfish people !!!
