Old Tampines Road turns into construction dumping ground

STOMPer Wahaboy wonders if this road at Old Tampines Road is for public access or its a dumping ground for construction materials.

Said the STOMPer:

"This very inconsiderate.

"People are using a public road as a storage and dumping ground.

"This place is located at Old Tampines Road between Jalan Sam Kongsi and Hun Yeang Road."
