Man spotted wearing modified SAF uniform in Australia

STOMPer Danielle saw this man at an outlet mall in Australia wearing what appears to be the uniform of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), except that the bottom half of the pants have been modified.

The STOMPer writes:

"This man was seen wearing a modified version of the SAF uniform in an outlet mall in Perth, Australia.

"He cut the bottom half of the pants off and replaced it with some other material."
