S'poreans have no sense of personal space? Guy stands right behind bank customers

STOMPer lynn was irked by this man who stood so close to the other customers who were making their banking enquires at the counter. Do Singaporeans have a poor sense of others' personal space?

The STOMPer writes:

"Why doesn't the guy queue up properly and wait for his turn.

"Why does he need to stand so near to other customers when they are busy with their banking transactions?"

What's the problem... It's not as if he's gonna rob them right? Maybe he wants attention from the staff... Like asking them very quick question and get back in line... Think positive cannot huh?
