So disappointing to see SQ girls take smoke break while still in uniform

STOMPer aileen was disappointed to see a group of Singapore Airlines stewardesses smoking publicly at Terminal 3 while still in their uniform.

She said in her contribution (Apr 16):

"SQ ladies smoking in public.

"Was at T3 on 15th April 2011 at about 11.20pm.

"Saw this group of our SQ ladies smoking in their uniform.

"Aren't they not supposed to?

"Was a disappointment to see this!"

area and they are seated down trying to be discreet until you post your rather short and template like complain to get these poor attendants into trouble.I suggest you look in the mirror and see your ugly self for what you are viz self-righteous,judgemental and hypocritical.If you cannot stand the sight of people smoking,then I propose you shut your UGLY INFLATED SELF in your room and stop coming to the airport you MORONIC piece of SHIT.

wtf? ur upset that these women were just trying to blow off some steam? For goodness sake I believe this issue is being blown right out of proportion or yanked out right out of ur anus really. If it's any consolation, what they did was neither disgraceful nor immoral. You on the other hand trying to place your foot in one's business is horrifyingly self righteous. Obviously you NEVER had the thrill of a cigarette or anything in your mouth as a matter of fact (NO PUN INTENDED *WINK*) To actually impose on the rights of others you should channel your disappointment to yourself and keep your self loathing opinions to yourself. Ai yoo!!! No offence but i dun really like smokers... One time a smoker stopped his car infront of mine when I wanted to fetch my niece to school and he went on the curb and started puffing infront of my niece.

there is nothing in the contract of a stewardess that one cannot smoke. flight attendants are only human like any other in any occupation in this world. i wouldnt deny that it is indeed an image to uphold but smoking is not a crime. it is nothing of any disgrace like stripping in public. this girls deserve to have their lives too. should the company think it is such a disgrace then they should review their contract n state so. just do yourself a favor by doing something more constructive instead of posting such pictures of others on a web page and ruining others' career. if you are one of those who is rejected employment from SIA, dont use such means to get even. it just shows how juvenile your mentally is. there are better things to do in this world. perhaps you should devote your free time to charity.
