Shopping trolley abandoned in lift: Please return after use
STOMPer Wendy's message is simple; she just hopes everyone can do their part by returning shopping trolleys after use.
She says:
"I was taking the lift home when I saw a trolley there.
"I was shocked when I saw it as it took up half of the space in the lift.
"The supermarket is already so kind to let us use the trolley for carrying goods.
"I hope everyone can return it even if the place is far."

the only way to make them return the trolley is to - fine them or even prosecute them if they failed to do so.
