Community Day organisers delay distribution of goodie bags, making us queue for nothing

A STOMPer was upset that he was made to wait in vain for goodie bags at a community event, when the organisers suddenly decide to delay the distribution of the free gifts.

Said the STOMPer:

"The event started at 1pm and goodie bags were on a while-stocks-last basis.

"So common sense tells you that they should have started distributing the bags at 1pm, right?

"So many people were queuing at 1pm, and the volunteers were there at 1.15.

"Then suddenly the organisers changed the time of distribution to 3pm.

"We all waited for nothing. They changed plans at the expense of the public."

cheapskate stomper. stomp for not getting a free gift at an event? kannasai. the idea of free gift is for drawing more people the event. in singapore particularly, this idea never fails.

They are afraid that people like you will go home after collecting the goodie bags, thus left the volunteers to cheer and usher in the minister/VIP...hahahaha!

Well, beggars can't be chosers. If you are looking for free things, you just have to bear with it. Don't complain unless you have to pay for those things.
