This sheltered walkway at Tampines is for people, not bicycles

STOMPer vince wonders if this sheltered walkway at Tampines was built for humans or for bicycles. He says this area near the MRT has since become a parking area for bicycles.

Said vince in his contribution (Nov 17):

"The sheltered link to Tampines MRT station seems to have become a bicycle parking area.

"The shelter is meant for humans and not for bicycles.

"Could the authorities please look into it?"

Authorities should do something about this. the bicycle have been there for years and this is not the 1st incident of bicycle parking along side sheltered walk way and obstruct passerby. this show how efficent the TOWN COUNCIL is.

That's why when train comes to Tampines station, pax boarding late need to stand as it has many locals and esp FT stayed in Tampines and its neighbouring locations.

No use, to conplaint lah, get a long chain ang chain them up together with 10 big locks... anyway the cyclist there oso like to ride across the traffic juntion like they own the road... speed up some more....haahaa. espcially those older woman... dam poor rider lah lol
