More iPhone 4 woes: I had to manually cut my sim card into a MicroSim myself

STOMPer JT is dissatisfied with his mobile phone provider's services with regards to activating his MicroSim card for his iPhone 4. After waiting for weeks and not getting any response from the staff, JT personally cut his sim card into a MicroSim card.

JT explains his disappointment:

"I purchased my iPhone 4 more than two weeks ago.

"I was told by the staff that they would activate the MicroSim card within 24 hours.

"But after two weeks, it has yet to been activated.

"I am forced to manually cut my existing sim card to a small size!

"I have called the staff twice to notify them and even sent two emails, but they have not replied.

"What is going on?"

Which telco are you using? I had no problem with M1. The micro SIM was activated within 24 hours.

Actually in fact, iPhone 4 is much better than iPhone 3GS 3G and nokia and htc. The onli problem is the reception but not much of affect in our small Singapore. I cut my sim card using a sim card cutter and work perfectly. Not bias against other phone but this iPhone got high in value. Smile.
