Malaysian parking wardens in plain clothes replace uniformed locals

These Malaysian parking wardens in plain clothes were seen issuing tickets at a Teban Garden carpark. Are the authorities cutting cost by hiring Malaysians instead of locals, wonders STOMPer William.

The STOMPer says:

"Yesterday, I was at Teban Gardens and chanced upon these two men in helmets.

"One was riding a Malaysian motorbike, while another hopped off the bike to issue some parking tickets from his hand-held machine.

"The carpark was almost empty by the way.

"Has the purpose of parking enforcement degraded into a "for profit" exercise that even Malaysian sub-contractors are getting into the act?

"What happened to the uniformed car parking attendants?"

Hallo William? What's wring hiring Malaysian? You grandfather and grandmother was nice a Malaysian too! If you don't like them hiring malaysians, why not you yourself apply to be a warden?
