Yet more cases of how S'poreans mess up displaying national flag

Why do residents display the national flag when they intend to hang their belongings over them, asks a perplexed STOMPer Allson.

The STOMPer sent in these pictures and asked in his email:

"Why do we hang our state flag when we intend to hang our belongings there?"

dont think they displayed the flags but maybe by the RC. just too uniform to have so complete sets! dont blame them but the RC who hanged them there. they should have reminded the residents about thier laundry drying habits during this time?
