This deliveryman was seen riding his scooter along a busy walkway, and then parking illegally there. STOMPer md9212 fears that a pedestrian might have been injured.

The STOMPer told us in an email today (Mar 14):

"This picture was taken around 12 noon, Mar 13 at Block 87 Marine Parade Central.

"The Singpost deliverman rode his scooter along this busy walkway and parked illegally oblivious to the pedestrians using this walkway.

"Do we need another injury or death before Singpost takes some action on their deliveryman?"

no matter how good, hard job the postmen perform, they have to respect their job, their duty, others safety and self dicipline, and follows the laws and rules, be considerate. There are no exception and double stanard. Since they choosed the job, dont just think of over-time.

Its happening everywhere, you complain they act, after that back to square one. Looks like once the flood gate is open, very hard to control unless accident, then authorities will step in, too late by then

Haiz, they will reduce their speed greatly. Besides they r just geting to get their work done. Give them a break.

The postman at my area does dat too.. It's a common sight. Just hope they will be careful n no one gets hurt.
