Driver happily snoozes away, leaves noisy engine running

STOMPer Linda says this van driver left the engine running while he slept, which made a lot of noise and irritated her. Linda adds:

"This van's engine was left running, which makes so much noise.

"This is also polluting the air with carbon monoxide!

"And I saw the driver sleeping comfortably in his vehicle.

"This van was parked at Blk 973, Hougang St 91."
