STOMPer Lye wonders if concert ticket prices for local artistes are on the rise. The cheapest tickets for two local productions in May are $88, says the STOMPer, who thinks that only foreign acts charge so much.

"Is price of local concert ticket on the rise ?

"I am keen to watch the local productions of December Rain and Xin Yao concert in May, but is put off by the high price of minimum $88.

"Such rates used to belong to those staged by foreign entertainers.

"How to support local works like that?"

Cost of living on the rise. They need to pay for the venue, all the staff involves, advertising and marketing too. Do you think that's free?

1 sided brain.. please use another side to think oso lei... u pay $88 dollars to support 1 foreign act.. but for xin yao.. u pay $88 but can at least see 10 local cum foreign acts.. stop talking to bo-liao thing.. either you pay to watch or you dun...
