this stomper first time at the bus stop

Smoking is not allowed in public buses, taxis, lifts, theatres, cinemas, government offices, and in air-conditioned restaurants and shopping centres. First-time offenders face a maximum fine of S$1,000. Well, it's just a law set up BUT not to be abided. Don't fume over it? As how many bus stop do you see smokers puffing away? Outcome? You breath in their 2nd hand smoke, without anyone enforcing the law. Pretty pointless i would say, but i do give credit to those smoker/s whom i have seen really putting in effort to stay away from the mentioned area, to finish up their cigarette before coming back. Thumbs up!!! The worst are those who smoke during rainy days in the cramp bus stop itself...why are we all squeezing? No one wish to get wet...well please get this, that no one wish to share your smoke either, as much as you wish to stay dry.

WTH... There is an ashtray. So whats the noise about smoking there.
