STOMPer Jeffrey says this rag-and-bone woman messes up the void deck of Block 232 Tampines Street 21 and damages the flooring as she collects junk thrown by people.
Said the STOMPer:
"This is a regular rag-and-bone woman who collects junk and retrieves copper from the junk we throw at Block 232 Tampines Street 21 next to Lift Lobby B.
"In the process, she leaves dirt and damages the flooring.
"It's either her or an old man who would collect the junk.
"They would use a hammer to break the junk into smaller pieces.
"One time, I saw the old man even trying to break a television set with a hammer.
"They leave all sorts of sharp pieces of material lying around there, which cause danger to the public."
