A few stacks worth of paper was seen lying along the road at Ang Mo Kio. STOMPer Janargie Raman was unhappy with the way the papers were inconsiderately disposed of.

The STOMPer said in an email today (Feb 25):

"On Feb 24 at around 1500hrs I saw a lot of papers lying around along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 opposite Ang Mo Kio Primary School.

"If the papers had been gathered in a place and thrown away it would be okay. But they were left lying around on the main road.

"There were a few stacks worth of paper. This so inconsiderate of other road users. This is littering.

"I can't tolerate this kind of activity. I hope everyone will help to keep the place clean.

"People, please think of other users."

RETARDS. STOMP IS FULL OF RETARDS. Why you straight away assume it's littering? You mean the papers can't have accidentally fallen or blown off a vehicle ah? Yes lah I know they're supposed to secure properly, but you dare to say you've never made mistakes in your life?

The paper obviously either fell out of a vehicle or out of the hands of a pedestrian, at which point the wind blew it onto the road. Obviously people do not walk around on roads scattering paper randomly!

Instead of screaming his head off, Janagie Raman should have picked up the papers and put them into a trash can.
I wonder if his coconut is properly screwed on.
