STOMPer Omg was shocked to see this news video from India, in which an injured policeman was pleading for help, while Ministers stood around and did nothing.

The video shows a desperate plea for help by a cop, who was hacked by an unidentified gang. He was begging for help, and eventually bled to death.

Said the STOMPer in his email:

"This is not unlike the situation we had when the girl was molested at the Siloso countdown party.

"All the bystanders just watched, and waited for somebody else to do something."

The State Minister and his entire convoy passed by, yet no one cared for the dying Policeman.

TN Health Secretary, V K Subburaj said in the news report:

"Our convoy reached the place at the instant it happened where the bomb exploded.

"The man was laying in a pool of blood.

"All the people stood by, guarded, but they did not go near the body, as the Police said the bomb may blast again."
