Atos Wellness says the staff who stopped a massage after 10 seconds was anxious to serve the next customer, and not because the STOMPer had refused to sign up for a package.
In a post dated Jan 5, STOMPer JJ wrote in about a bad experience she had at the Atos Wellness free massage promotion at the Metro Expo Sale. The masseuse that was serving her had apparently stopped the massage after 10 seconds and asked the STOMPer to leave after she refused to sign up for a package.
In an email to the STOMPer today (Jan 11), a spokesperson from Atos Wellness says:
“For your kind information, Metro Expo sales has always been very successful with overwhelming crowds, and extremely high traffic counts. We would appreciate if you could consider the benefit of doubt that the staff's quality of service was compromised as she was anxious to serve the next customer in queue.
“We would like to assure you that customer Service has always been of paramount importance in Atos Wellness and the management has constantly reviewed its service protocols to improve our level of service. Further to your feedback, the management has conducted several meetings with the team involved with many measures implemented.
“We sincerely hope you can extend us an opportunity to serve you and we assure you of our future delivery. The unfortunate incident you have encountered does not represent our company’s service standards.
“Last but not least, our management would like to meet you personally and would appreciate if you could meet us soon.”

gian duit til lost their integrity. haha
I never seen a worst reply than this, total lack of sincerity.
what is 'customer service has always been of paramount importance in Atos Wellness?'
This reply tells me that you don't really care about it.
If you are going to give a lousy reply... better dont reply at all.
Isn't that another way of saying, "if you are not going to become a paying customer, please get loss as the next customer could be a potential sign-up customer."
