Old man steals soil from common area in Toa Payoh

STOMPer Natasha saw an elderly man taking soil from a common area in Toa Payoh and felt that it was wrong of him to do so.

This STOMPer says:

"So poor to buy soil for plants?

"If that's the case, then don't plant.

"This old man was seen on 3rd January stealing soil from an open area in Toa Payoh."
