These parking wardens were seen behaving in a rowdy manner with their bikes parked illegally at a void deck. They hurled obscenities at STOMPer neutralized when he took pictures of their disorderly conduct.

The STOMPer recounts the incident:

"This rowdy group of parking wardens were sitting around at the void deck of a Jurong West block, smoking, talking loudly and in untidy uniforms.

"They had parked their bikes at the void deck and at the loading/unloading bay located at Blk 683.

"The bikes were obstructing the loading/unloading bay.

"When they noticed that I was taking photos of their misdeeds, they started hurling vulgarities and used threatening words like, "yes, take more photos and good luck to you!".

"They also said "you better be careful, we will look for your car".

"This situation occurs on a daily basis and it's worst during the evenings when all the wardens will gather at the area awaiting despatch or waiting to sign off from work.

"Is this the right conduct or behaviour of a parking warden? Does PREMAS actually hire their staff with due considerations?"
