Destructive bikers leave unwanted 'works of art' on road

This smiley face and the two circles near it are markings left by destructive bikers at Jurong East St. 21, says a STOMPer, who was upset when he witnessed the entire act.

According to him, bikers had left the markings on the road in front of Blk 225A by going round in circles on the hind wheels of their bikes.

While a smiley face is pleasant to look at, such an act is destructive and inconsiderate as it also puts others in danger.

The STOMPer says in an email:

"The markings were created by a group of bikers.

"They made them by going in circles on the back wheels of their bikes.

"I saw them with my own eyes.

"It may be fun to see a smiley face on the road but on the other hand, their acts might be dangerous for other drivers.

"It also destroys our public road."
