Look-out tower at Boon Lay Place filled with graffiti

This look-out tower at Boon Lay Place is covered with graffiti making it rather unsightly, says STOMPer Picasso.

The STOMPer says:

"These pictures were taken near Blk 211 at Boon Lay Place.

"The Town Council has erected a two-storey look-out tower with a pair of staircases.

"The first level of the tower is covered with graffiti and the tower looks atrocious.

"I hope the Town Council can repaint the tower and perhaps install more lights to deter the vandals."
