Neighbours treat supermarket trolley like own property and park it outside their flat

STOMPer Lincoln's neighbours have a supermarket trolley, meant for their personal use, parked right outside their flat.

This STOMPer says:

"My next-door neighbours have been parking this NTUC trolley conveniently outside their unit for months, using it as if it is their own property!

"Behind the trolley is also a bench that resembles the benches seen in the parks.

"It has been there for years. I wonder what 'souvenirs' would be next?"
