Only 14, yet boy has tattoos on both arms. Can tattoo artist be punished?

STOMPer FattyMama came across the blog of a 14-year-old boy, who had tattoos on both his arms. She wonders if the tattoo artist who was responsible for the tattoos can be punished.

Said the STOMPer:

"I came across the blog of a 14-year-old boy who had tattoos on both his arms.

"Is there any law to punish those tattoo shopowners for tattooing on underage teenagers who are not even 18?

"Should the government or the relevant authorities take any action?"

I have tattoos and i work in a office, i dont see anything wrong with having tattoos, it doesn't show your personality in anyway unless you act like a hooligan. so people out there, "open" up your enclosed mind and take a look at the larger picture. Does David Beckham look un-professional when he plays soccer? or when they engage him in advertisements and commercials?

Basically it is your mind, get a life.

whatbugme68: I agree wat u say, when i have a 1st tattoo my mum cry, i have two kids now, i understand, i dont wish my kids have tattoo too... I sound out is becos when i was young people look down on me, outsider, relative etc... but now they see me like god... Why like that???
