i think the problem lies with her family, her parents.
Parents who don't care about what her children is doing, and leave everything to the school.
This is why some people say that there is generation gap.
Instead it should be parents do not care to bother about their children's feelings, and think that they can leave everything to the school.
To really tackle this, the parents have to first learn how to communicate well with their children.
