Soldier wannabe: Worker spotted in army's No. 4

This worker was spotted wearing an army uniform while working at a roadside along Dunearn Road.

A STOMPer who saw him said:

"He was seen along Dunearn Road, wearing the full set of the army's No.4.

I saw many workers wearing SAF pants everywhere even when they goes shopping
