STOMPer trekker says bicycles are parked indiscriminately on the jetty in Pulau Ubin, obstructing the way for embarking and disembarking bumboat passengers.
This STOMPer says:
"These pictures were taken at the jetty at Pulau Ubin, the island that is ideal for cycling and trekking.
"Usually on weekends and public holidays, locals and tourists make a beeline for the island to relax and enjoy the seafood that is sold at the coffeeshops.
"Last Saturday I was surprised that part of the jetty was used for parking bicycles.
"The big crowd had a hard time embarking and disembarking from the bumboats because of the obstruction caused by the indiscriminate parking of bicycles.
"I hope the authorities will ban parking at the jetty so that there will be a smooth flow of human traffic."
