Another STOMPer felt let down by Heaven and Earth's ongoing promotion 'Win up to $100,000 instant cash' as he did not receive the prize he had rightfully won.

Nic told STOMP via email today (Sep 3):

"I understand that Heaven and Earth is part of the Coca Cola organization.

"And I believe you also know that Heaven and Earth is running a promotion of which customers who purchase Jasmine Green Tea can win up to $100,000 instant cash.

"I felt cheated by the company after being a winner but ending up not getting a prize.

"Tried calling but the calls are always not answered at all.

"Finally, almost nearly a month of trying, my call was answered by a lady staff yesterday.

"I think she had been telling me the same thing over and over again to all the callers and she sounded very rude and eager to hang up.

"Why can't H&E just print the correct number of winning tabs and caps or award all the winners?

"I am just a $50 winner, what if I won $10k, who is going to compensate me?

"I believe I am not the only one being cheated, please kindly refer to the following links

"Feel so cheated -- No prizes for Heaven and Earth contest

"So unfair, Heaven and Earth didn't give me my $50 prize!

"I believe there are a lot of other winners out there like me who feel sad, disappointed and cheated.

"This really shows how unprofessional H&E management is."
