So unsightly! Comforters placed outside HDB windows

STOMPer Need2Talk says these comforters placed outside to sun is such an ugly sight.

In an email to STOMP today (Aug 4), the STOMPer says:

"Is there something wrong with the HDB flat design or is someone desperate to hang out the comforter to sun?

"It is such an ugly sight to look out of HDB windows nowadays."
